Do we need to shut down production to install neoCore?

No. neoCore is a non-intrusive listener. It reads data from existing systems without writing to them or modifying their configuration. Installation does not require a planned shutdown.

What KPIs does it calculate out of the box?

OEE (Availability × Performance × Quality), Specific Energy Consumption (kWh/unit), MTBF, MTTR, asset utilisation, process availability, alarm rate per hour, production throughput and carbon intensity are all available on first connection.

Can engineers control equipment remotely?
