  • Alarms are captured with full trigger and clear history, de-duplication and fast retrieval.
  • Change-based reporting means the cloud only sees an alarm when something actually changes. No flooding.

Offline-first cloud sync to neoSphere

  • Every record is stored locally first and held until neoSphere confirms it.
  • If connectivity drops, data keeps accumulating on the edge and back-fills automatically when the link returns. Zero data loss.
